Today's goals are keep up the water intake, one workout, and off the weight loss subject, clean at least 2 rooms in the house. I'll hop on later!
It's 8:30 - Today wasn't actually as bad as I thought it would be. I was hoping to take the kids to the park, but after my workout it was time for lunch then naps. I think tomorrow I will get going a little earlier so we can get out of the house. I need to make a grocery list of all my new ingredients. Hubby is thinking the diet isn't going to work for him, so again, I'm going at this alone. I was really hoping with this program we'd be doing things together, but I guess not.
Anyway, I did my workout this morning and took Kobe for a walk tonight.
I better get going to do some homework or I'll be up all tomorrow night.
