Today was a good day. I was uber sore from the past couple days and had a major headache this morning. I started my Cardio X and got a little into the warmup and my head was killing me. I took a couple asprin and came back later and finished the whole thing. It was actually easier this way - I did it during nap time so a) I didn't spend hours on the computer like usual, b) I only had one child trying to climb underneath me while I was in the plank position and c) I got the energy to pick up the house after that. I usually put off cleaning until I HAVE to (the main reason why I bug Hubby all the time when he's going to be home) but today I got off my butt and did it.
Hubby has the long weekend this week - so I'm making my "Good" grocery list and we're going to do some shopping Friday. I was going to go today, but Hubs would prefer I wait.
Speaking of Moron, he has done his workouts the last two days. He's doing the doubles version of the program (which I disagree with, but he won't listen to me), so his workouts are a lot harder than mine are. Oh well. You can buy a man a workout program, but you can't make him follow it correctly, I guess.
Water intake has been really good - diet, not so much. I'm so damn hungry all the time! But I'll power through. After taking the before pictures, I realize how much I need to lose this weight. It's crazy how you look at yourself in the mirror and say, "Hey, I only have to lose a couple inches off my belly." Try taking a picture of front, side and back views. Those couple inches turn out to be a lot more than you'd expect.
Day 5 is Shoulders and arms. I plan on REALLY bringing it, so if I don't blog tomorrow night, my one reader, you'll know why!
