It's been one of those couple days

I know I'm probably wrong, but it really seems like my weight loss and obsession with being healthy is affecting some of my relationships. And not in a good way.

I'm really really frustrated with this, so I think I'm going to work out and think things through before I write something I shouldn't.

  1. If doing your body good is putting havoc on your relationships think about what Dr. Seuss says: “Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.” ~Dr. Seuss

SEE: Friends should be PROUD of YOU. Not holding you back, not making you feel bad. Real friends no matter what their age, energy, height, weight, they put their walking shoes on & they JOIN YOU, or they roll with you, bike, whatever with YOU. I don't care if they are in a wheel chair. REAL friends want to BE with YOU & ENJOY LIFE With YOU. Because that's what this is all about...enjoying LIFE, making memories, celebrating little things, & laughing.

So Tess, I hope your relationships get strong like I know your ass is. And if not, I hope the failing friends fall off fast just like the fat on your ass is.

Be proud of yourself for taking care of YOU, for bringing it every day, and for striving to be the best damn mom you can be. At the end of the day, that is all that matters.

    =)

  2. So that second to last paragraph... I'm still giggling. That's great. And it's sad because I know exactly what you're talking about.
