Finally

I signed up as a Beachbody coach. I'm really excited and can't wait to really get started. Hubby gave me three months, which is fine - I have given myself the same deadline. In three months I will have finished (and started a new round) of P90X, helped motivate 5 or more people to energize their lives and 2 or more people to become financially fit, so to speak.

Today I decided to bust out the last month of my P90X. I started my third month with Chest and Back. I meant to get a walk in too, but it has been raining and the husband was in a bad mood. Instead, I got more things done for the beachbody business.

Well, it's been a long day. I hope to be on again soon!

After 2 weeks of excuses...

I'm back to working out. Last week I did the first 3 workouts of the week and then, with all good intentions, literally ran out of time the rest of the week. This week, I've done the first 2 workouts, plus I found a walking partner, so I walked about a mile after my Cardio X. I LOVE that that mile walk felt more like a cool down than exercise. I remember not even 2 months ago, I would have done that walk and been DONE.

I really feel like that's the main reason why I love working out. I love that every day I realize I can do just a little more than I used to. I lost sight of that lately.

Anyway, I promised I'd tell all about Cancun... so here it goes.

Cancun was incredible. I did SOOO many things outside my comfort zone!

The trip there was interesting. When we booked, the lady at Expedia told us we were going from Albuquerque to Phoenix to Charlotte ( she pronounced it with a long o ) Mexico (she said it was just outside Mexico City) to Cancun. The whole week before hand, both Hubby and I are relating this information to people. She also told us to be at the airport 3 hours before departure since it was an international flight. We get to the airport 3 hours before, and within 15 minutes, we're checked in and through security. Yay. We found out if we would have booked though the airline we would have cut out Charlotte all together.

Anyway.... We get to Phoenix where we had a 5 1/2 hour lay over. About 20 minute before we board, I'm looking around, thinking to myself, "Man, there are a lot of white people in hoodies heading to Charlotte Mexico." I catch a little kid's conversation next to me and decide we're not going to Mexico. We're going to Charlotte, North Carolina. I relay this information to Hubby, who asks the guy sitting next to me where the plane is heading. After a goofy look, he confirms my suspicions. So we head east, after heading west, to go south.

We get to Cancun at 10 their time. By the time we get through customs and to our hotel, it's 12. We get to the hotel and it's right on the beach - just gorgeous. Our room wasn't ready yet, so we ate lunch at the buffet restaurant. We did the all inclusive and had 4 restaurants to choose from - the one was a buffet open for all meals, one was Spanish, one seafood and the other Mexican. They were all awesome - but the Spanish one (Don Quijote I think) I ordered a T-bone steak. It was HUGE!!! I didn't realize I had more food until I was half done because it took up the whole plate. Anyway, our first day was awesome - just relaxing on the beach, drinking margaritas.

Sunday, our second day, we decided to go on the See Sub tour. That was really neat - Hubby drank too much on the boat ride out, so when we were in the submarine, he had to pee the entire time.

Monday we did the Chichen Itza tour. I can't begin to describe how awesome that tour was. We learned so much and had so much fun.

Tuesday was the jungle tour - pretty much we got our own boats and Hubby went snorkeling along the reef.

Wednesday we went on zip lines and four wheelers. That was the best part - it was so unbelievably fun!

Thursday we hung out by the pool and Hubby got super sunburned.

Friday we headed home.

I really have to come back and fill in the rest of the trip. I'm exhausted and I'm going to head for bed. Night all.

So I really plan on writing about Cancun

But I've been spending so much time on the computer lately! Class started yesterday and I've been researching becoming a Beachbody coach.

Anyway, after 2 weeks off, I've started working out again. I worked out Sunday with Lauren (I work out SOOO much harder when I have someone else there). We did Cardio Intervals AND UML on the introductory video. Yesterday I tried to catch up on housework (but failed miserably - I did well until my niece came up, then I did nothing). Today I'm up and moving - Core Synergistics down and I might bust out a Cardio X too later.

I feel so great! Not working out causes me to become tired and moody, so that's what I've been the past week. Cancun was too fun to be moody.

Anyway, I hope to get on later to tell ya'll about Cancun.
